Jackie Harling was born in Kentucky, but has spent most of her life in the Chattanooga, TN area. She met her husband in 1986, and married in 1989. She and Keith have been married for 27 years. Keith’s parents have always owned and operated an upholstery and decorating shop since he can remember, subsequently he learned the window treatment business from the ground up. He passed on his expertise to Jackie, and together they opened Blind Express in 2001, and have been running it and raising a family ever since!. They have lived on Lookout Mountain for over 20 years, and that is where they currently reside.
